Business Analyst Intern
Sit between clients and engineering: requirements, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria for ERP, HRMS, LMS and automation projects.

- Document business processes and translate them into requirements
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria engineers can build from
- Support UAT cycles and client walkthroughs
- Analyze product usage data and prepare insight summaries
- Maintain decision logs for ongoing engagements
- Help prepare workshop materials for client discovery sessions
Required skills
- Structured thinking and clear documentation
- Comfort with flowcharting and basic data analysis
- Good client-facing communication
- Bonus: SQL basics, exposure to ERP/CRM systems
Preferred / bonus
- Familiarity with BPMN or similar process notation
- Working SQL — can write joins and aggregations
- Exposure to one ERP/HRMS/LMS as a user or implementer
- Comfort facilitating small client meetings
