Every track has a defined arc and named specialisms. We promote on demonstrated scope, not tenure — and we write growth plans down.
Engineering
Intern → Staff Engineer / Tech Lead
Intern → Junior → Software Developer → Senior → Staff. At each stage, scope expands from features to surfaces to products to platforms. You can specialise in product, platform, AI or robotics from year three.
Applied AI
Intern → Senior Applied AI Engineer
AI Intern → Applied AI Engineer → Senior. Specialisations: retrieval, agents, evaluation, platform. Crossover possible into Robotics Lab applied research.
Robotics R&D
Intern → Lab Program Lead
Robotics or Embedded Intern → Engineer → Senior → Program contributor. Long-horizon track; specialism shapes around perception, control, simulation or hardware integration.
Design
Intern → Design Lead
Design Intern → Product Designer → Senior → Design Lead. You can branch into design-systems or research specialism by year three.
Business
Intern → Account Executive / Engagement Lead
BD or BA Intern → Associate → Specialist → Lead. Two adjacent tracks: revenue (BD → AE) and delivery (BA → Engagement Lead).
People
Intern → HR Business Partner / TA Lead
HR or TA Intern → Executive / Specialist → Manager → Partner. You can specialise in onboarding, engagement, recruiting or business partnering.
