What you'll do

  • Source candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala and communities
  • Screen applications against role requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed
  • Track hiring funnel metrics and improve them
  • Help craft and refresh role descriptions in plain English
  • Run candidate feedback loops to improve interview quality

Required skills

  • Strong communication and people judgment
  • Comfort with sourcing tools and Boolean search
  • Organized pipeline management
  • Bonus: technical-recruiting exposure, understanding of tech roles

Preferred / bonus

  • Has sourced for technical roles before (interns or full-time)
  • Familiarity with ATS workflows
  • Comfort writing rejection emails that feel human
