Hands-on people-operations work at a growing technology company: onboarding, engagement, documentation and HR systems — including our own product, Vestval People.

What you'll do

  • Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
  • Help run engagement, feedback and review cycles
  • Maintain HR records and policy documentation
  • Work inside Vestval People and suggest product improvements
  • Help with policy drafts and internal communications
  • Support hiring coordination alongside talent acquisition

Required skills

  • Organized, discreet and reliable with sensitive information
  • Strong written communication
  • Comfort with HR tools and spreadsheets
  • Bonus: HR coursework or prior internship

Preferred / bonus

  • Exposure to one HRMS platform (Vestval People or others)
  • Basic understanding of Indian labour and statutory norms
  • Process orientation — checklists, SOPs, runbooks
