UI/UX Design Intern
Design product interfaces for Vestval Learn, People, One and Flow — real enterprise software used daily, with a design system, design reviews and engineering collaboration.
Apply for this roleWhat you'll do
- Design flows, screens and components within our design system
- Prototype and test interactions before they ship
- Collaborate directly with React engineers on implementation
- Contribute to design-system documentation
- Conduct lightweight user research for product decisions
- Help maintain and improve our component library
Required skills
- Strong portfolio showing real product thinking (not just dribbble shots)
- Fluency in Figma
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design
- Bonus: basic HTML/CSS literacy, motion design
Preferred / bonus
- Experience designing within a design system (not from scratch each time)
- Comfort defending design decisions in review
- Has shipped at least one product surface that real users used
- Familiarity with accessibility heuristics (WCAG 2.x)
